Alyse Abigail

It's a...Girl!

The Bradley's welcomed another baby girl on Thursdsay!

Alyse Abigail Bradley

9.1lbs, holy cow!

She was bigger and has hair, unlike Adelyn

It was a great weekend, we visited them in the hospital, stayed at the house, took on more duties than usual with ole Addy (we did skip swim class though) and welcomed them home on Sat. I got to spend time with Alyse once Adelyn went to bed and in the morning (good thing Brielle came to visit to keep Adleyn occupied)! Nick cooked us all dinner so us girls could ooh and ahh at Alyse. It was great to see Adelyn loving her sister....giving her a pacifier (and taking it out), wanting to hold her, kiss her and associating "poop" with her. I'm so excited to have another niece so they can have a best friend all the time!

*Recap from the last month: We layed low, Nick is finishing up his thesis (tonight he will be done with his 1st draft), and spent time in the twin cities. Last weekend we were there because I met Allison, her sisters and a couple friends to go bridesmaid shopping and she also found her wedding dress! Hit some balls with my new golf clubs (my summer project...to learn how to golf). We also helped Shan & Jon get the house ready for the new babe!

We'll be back to see them over Easter!

Look at the hair!

After a hard day of playing Adelyn found time to hold her sister

Welcome home!

Alyse at 3 days old (don't mind the smudge...Adelyn)

Adelyn around 1 month (I believe)

I'm a BIG sister!

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday to my sweetheart...

We spent this weekend celebrating Nick's 27th birthday! We were headed to a hockey game (ended up being an away game so we watched basketball)...it was pretty funny for those who know the story. We went out and then to a friends where we played Wii.
It wasn't too crazy of a weekend but we had fun...plus I made breakfast in the morning!

We don't have anything going on this month so it'll probably be quite boring...nothing better than cold and boredom!

Tune in later...

Happy Birthday...

Happy 30th Birthday to Jon (brother-in-law)

Happy 21st Birthday to Sis (cousin)

Last weekend we went to the twin cities to celebrate everyone's birthday and attend Jon's 30th Birthday Bash. They rented out Buck Hill Ski and about 40 people attended. We decorated the room early, Jon's mom, Shan and mom made tons of yummy food (all of it was gone), and we all went tubing. I honestly did not think that tubing was going to be THAT fun, but it was extra icy that day so it was awesome. Greenwood & Ahrens gave it a two thumbs up!
I can't wait to go again, except we have to finally go snowboarding (except Shan of course).

This weekend is Nick's 27th birthday so we'll do something fun.

Oh, and I have a few friends here (and Nick) who golf alot so... I got some golf clubs so now I have something new to start this summer! To be continued on how I do...
Have a great week and stay warm!

Fun Weekend

Last weekend Mom and Adelyn came to visit while Jon, Shan & Baby to Be went to Northern MN.

Adelyn was of course center of attention all weekend, she's so funny now! We went shopping, shopping and to the Butterfly House.

The butterflies were just flying around in there (for a split second it felt like we were somewhere tropical, we did not dress for the weather!)

I had no idea gift shops were this fun!

At night we would watch old home videos (one was from 196? and on, so it was funny to show Adelyn Grandma at age 7...not that she understood what we were talking about though).

As usual I was wore out Monday but I love when they come to visit!

Next weekend we are celebrating Jon's 30th birthday at Buck Hill Ski so stay tuned!

Yes, the pony came out to play a few times

Thanks for taking me to see Uncle Nick & Auntie Stacy, I love you!

Happy New Year!

Well here I am...I do have a few excuses for being gone but it's a new year so who cares!

First of all Merry late Christmas and Happy New Years.

Lets see...Thanksgiving was spent in Hibbing. Stacy's bachelorette party was that weekend and they just got married in Hawaii yesterday!! Congrats.

The weekend before Christmas was spent in Lakeville for our Christmas with my family. We made cookies and went shopping, always a good time!

Christmas was spent in IA with Nick's family. His sister and brother in law just had a baby in Dec. so it was very exciting to see him and they also had the baptism then. Nick of course is very excited because he is the godfather and Jack can go fishing with him, haha. We had a great time there and a nice vacation from work...always hard to get back in the swing of things.

New Years was very low key. Nick and I layed low and thought we would go to a movie (I didn't think anyone would be there that night). It was so busy the movie we went to see was sold out while we were in line so we went to our 2nd choice, I Am Legend. It was a good movie but not a Happy New Year ending. Congrats to one of my best friends Allison (and Bryan) who got engaged over New Years in New York! I am soo excited, can't wait until the planning begins.

Not a lot of detail but I didn't want you to read a book either. Oh, there aren't really any photos because dumb me, I lost our memory card. The last time I downloaded photos was Thanksgiving in Hibtown, all my Christmas ones are gone so if anyone would like to email me photos that would be great!

Mom and Adelyn are coming to visit next weekend so I'll be sure to post early that next week.

Adelyn in Sioux Falls visiting us without the rents!

Dinner at Sammy's before the HHS hockey game

Geez, I almost forgot how to use these things, haha.

Sis and I making breakfast, good thing I didn't lose this photo!

Look familiar? Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Time for Holiday shopping!

Oops, I have not been very good at my updates but we actually have not been up to much. The begining of Oct. we went to the cities and went to the pumpkin patch with the fam.

November hasn't been exciting but with the holidays around the corner I should have more updates.

Enjoy the holiday shopping, I will post pics later!!

I'm Back...

Wow I can't believe it's been a month. Well lets see...since my last post Nick and I had a wedding in Iowa City (Jerry & Julie). We got to see alot of his family that we hadn't seen since May or before then.

We took another road trip to the cities, nothing in particular just to see the family and get my hair done.

Labor Day weekend we went to Guttenberg (Nick's grandpa's cabin). It was great relaxing time and we also got to see Nick's sister and brother-in-law, Jenni & Lloyd, Kali, Alli and of course Grandpa Bud.

After that weekend Shan, Jon and Adelyn came to visit! The guy's went golfing and we went downtown to the art festival (since Adelyn held us up, the guys got to come shopping with us). I also got to chase and entertain Adelyn for an hour while Shan got a make over (good thing you bought stuff!). I sure miss the little peanut already.

Hmmm, Nick is back in school (I can't believe he'll be done in May already, time flies). I've just been working and hanging out with friends. We don't have anything planned for the next couple months (until Thanksgiving) so my posts may be quite boring. We were going to go to the SDSU vs. UNI game but it's too chilly out for me (it's a night game). Speaking of games...WAY TO GO ISU! No one thought they were going to with the game today against Iowa. Have a little faith people.

Well that's about it, oh...Happy belated birthday to Stacy (Blight)! Two boxes of candles for you!

I'm ready to go!

Why do they have wheels on this, when I can make it move on it's side?

Thanks Uncle Nick for letting me use your puppy
